What is the “Venik” (Leaf-Whisking) method?
Venik is a traditional Eastern European sauna ritual using bundles of birch or oak leaves. The leaves are rhythmically tapped against the body to stimulate circulation, open pores, and release natural aromatic oils that help with breathing and relaxation.
What should I wear for the sauna?
Most guests wear a swimsuit or wrap themselves in a clean towel. We prioritize your comfort and privacy throughout the session.
